Drewlinea, the story
It all started when I was bound to staying home, doing limited physical activity due to having a couple of surgeries. I pursued starting a new hobby to get through this phase. That's when my love for innovative creative engineering met with my need for practical useful custom gadgets and the beauty of art craft design; all possible through 3D design, modeling and printing.
After getting my first 3D printer, designing items that I long needed and that improved my day-to-day quality of life as well as seeing the joy on people faces whenever I was gifting them with an item I had made, I was hooked and my Drewlinea store was born.
"Drewlinea" combines "drew" with "linea" which focuses on lines, designs, and artistic creations, a perfect fit given 3D printing carefully lays material line-by-line to form layers resulting in the beautiful pieces.
The items on my Drewlinea store are made to order in the USA in my home in Woodinville, a small city near Seattle in Washington state.

Most products are crafted from eco-friendly sustainable PLA* on a 3D printer so they are lightweight, waterproof and won't rust or peel.
*PLA is a hard bio-plastic obtained from renewable resources and natural raw materials such as fermented plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugar cane or sugar beet.
